Job description:

Role

We are looking for a Brand Partnership Manager to build and grow Sarthak Goswami’s brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach relevant brands for sponsorships and collaborations.
- Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing teams.
- Generate new business and sponsorship opportunities.
- Handle brand outreach, pitching, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop creative partnership ideas aligned with Sarthak’s content and audience.
- Manage the partnership pipeline and follow up with potential clients.
- Coordinate with brands and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Track partnership performance and maintain long-term brand relationships.

Requirements

- Experience in brand partnerships, sales, sponsorships, business development, or media.
- Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of the digital content and creator ecosystem.
- Proactive,



target-oriented, and comfortable with cold outreach.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or media companies are a plus.
