Job Description: - Accountant / Senior Accountant – Australian Accounting
Job Summary: We are looking for an Accountant / Senior Accountant to manage accounting and bookkeeping activities for Australian clients. The candidate should have solid accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and experience with accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.Handle AP, AR, invoicing, journals, and bank reconciliations.Prepare financial statements, reports, and month-end closing.Assist with BAS, GST, IAS, payroll, STP, and Superannuation.Prepare accounting workpapers and support tax and audit requirements.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of tasks.Communicate with Australian clients and resolve accounting queries.
Requirements:




Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.Accountant: 2 years of relevant accounting experience.Senior Accountant: 3-5 years of experience, preferably with Australian clients.Experience with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.Australian accounting experience will be an advantage.CA, CA Inter, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
