Hiring: Commis I – Continental Cuisine
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per quality standards
– Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and kitchen operations
– Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
– Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
– Assist with stock handling and kitchen organization
Requirements:
– 1–3 years of experience in a similar kitchen role
– Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Continental cuisine
– Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
– Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
– Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
