- Coordinate between sales, engineering, production, and dispatch departments for order execution.
- Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, order status, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
- Assist the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, pricing, inventory, and production schedules.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product specifications and customer requirements.
- Monitor production timelines and communicate any delays or changes to customers.
- Support procurement and logistics coordination for timely material availability and shipment.
- Generate sales reports, MIS reports, and customer databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Having valuable experience in GEM portal

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
