ASHMA Motors Private Limited is an Electric Vehicle manufacturing company engaged in the manufacturing of Electric 3-Wheelers and Electric 2-Wheelers . We operate two manufacturing units at Baidyabati and Diara, West Bengal.

Job Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing and purchase documentation for our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure raw materials, components, consumables and other requirements.
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers/vendors.
- Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO).
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices and vendor documentation.
- Coordinate with Stores,



Production, Quality and Accounts departments.
- Monitor pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.
- Support cost reduction and vendor development activities.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
- Knowledge of purchase procedures, vendor management and material procurement.
- Positive negotiation and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to follow up with multiple vendors and departments.
- Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
