About the Role

Superdry is looking for an experienced Laundry Manager to manage hospital laundry operations and ensure efficient, hygienic, and timely processing of hospital linen.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete laundry operations including collection, segregation, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper handling of soiled, contaminated, and clean linen as per healthcare protocols.
- Supervise staff, shifts, productivity, and daily operations.
- Maintain hygiene, quality, infection-control, and safety standards.
- Manage laundry equipment, chemicals, linen inventory, and maintenance.




- Coordinate with hospital departments for timely linen collection and delivery.
- Maintain daily reports, records, and operational documentation.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Laundry Management, Hotel Management, Operations, or relevant field.
- 12+ years of experience in laundry operations, preferably hospital/healthcare laundry.
- Robust team management, operational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hospital linen management, hygiene, infection control, and laundry SOPs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
