We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistant to support patients with daily living activities and assist nursing staff in providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will help maintain patient comfort, safety, and dignity while working in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Qualifications ;- ANM,GNM NURSING / BSC NURSING
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Observe patient conditions and report changes to nurses or healthcare staff
- Maintain clean and organized patient rooms and medical equipment
- Support patients with mobility exercises and rehabilitation activities
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests
- Follow infection control, safety, and privacy procedures
- Document patient care activities accurately
