We are building a niche skincare marketplace focused on dry, dehydrated & sensitive skin, with a solid focus on Premium Korean skincare and barrier repair.

Role Objective

To execute high-performing reels, ad creatives, and visual content that drive engagement, saves, and conversions — under direct guidance of the founder.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in Photoshop, Canva, Posting, social media creatives, and video editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics and the ability to deliver engaging visual content aligned with brand and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reels Execution (Primary Focus)

● Edit 10–20 reels per week

● Add hooks, subtitles, transitions, sound effects

● Ensure strong first 3 seconds (hook) and retention

● Repurpose 1 video into multiple formats (Reels, Ads, Shorts)

2. Graphic Design

● Create Instagram posts, carousels, and story creatives

● Design ad creatives (static + motion)

● Maintain a clean, minimal,



skincare aesthetic

● Create before/after, ingredient, and educational creatives

3. Content Support (Scaled-Down Strategist Role)

● Assist founder in executing content ideas

● Convert rough ideas into scripts, hooks, and captions

● Suggest trending formats / audio (2–3 per week)

● Help structure content calendar (execution level)

Required Skills:

● Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma

● Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva

● Experience in social media marketing creatives

● Knowledge of video editing & motion graphics

● Familiarity with AI-based design tools

Preferred Background:

● Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Design, or related field

● Experience working with marketing agencies / beauty brands

● Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work
