Cakewala is expanding its central production team!

We’re looking for an experienced CDP who can manage bakery & confectionery production, maintain quality, handle a diverse team, and support manpower hiring for our commissary.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience as a CDP in bakery/confectionery, commissary setups.
- Strong hands-on skills in sponge making, baking, whipping, finishing, and frozen systems.
- Comfortable working in a mass-production environment with daily volume targets.
- Ability to train and correct team members through practical, on-the-floor coaching.
- Familiarity with ovens, mixers, chillers, blast freezers, and frozen storage handling.
- Able to work with staff from multiple states and language backgrounds.
- Positive reporting/documentation skills.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule based on production needs.
