We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and supervise a team of Field Executives. The Team Leader will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring field activities, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, supervise, and motivate a team of Field Executives to achieve assigned targets.
- Monitor the daily performance, attendance, productivity, and field activities of team members.
- Guide Field Executives in their daily work and resolve operational challenges.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
- Track individual and team-level targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new Field Executives as the team expands.
- Gradually increase the team size based on business requirements and project targets.
- Ensure newly joined team members receive proper guidance and on-the-job support.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.




- Coordinate with the management team regarding field operations, requirements, and challenges.
- Maintain discipline, communication, and coordination within the team.
- Take necessary steps to improve team productivity and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling, preferably in field sales, field operations, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage field-level employees.
- Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
- Basic knowledge of reporting and MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹25,000 In-Hand per month.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
