Job Purpose
Responsible for managing data from various sources aligned with security policies and governance initiatives. Acts as a liaison between business teams, IT, and team members, leveraging technical expertise and business understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Business Reporting
Understand business requirements, data sources, and accessibility.
Apply business logic to data and analyze processing methods.
Validate data internally and produce outputs for business validation.
Assist Team Manager in special projects and initiatives.
Understanding Business Dynamics & Coordination
Interact with business teams for MIS needs.
Deliver new and change requirements in MIS, including feasibility and impact analysis.
Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and drive improvements.
Resolve business queries and manage escalations.
Monitor SLAs and ensure compliance by dependent teams.
Interactions
Ensure Interactions responsibilities are completed.
Flexibility
Participate in meetings and provide suggestions for improvement.
Maintain professionalism while representing the company.
Adapt to changes in processes and requirements.
Work independently with minimal supervision.

Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Banking Technology; MBA in Finance preferred.
