Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry to join our Faculty of Pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting practical lab sessions, and mentoring students in the field of drug design, synthesis, and analysis. Freshers with a strong academic record and a passion for teaching are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Teaching: Deliver lectures to B.Pharm and D.Pharm students covering topics such as Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, and Biochemistry.
- Lab Management: Supervise laboratory experiments, ensuring students follow safety protocols and maintain accurate records of chemical synthesis and analysis.
- Curriculum Development: Assist in preparing lesson plans, course materials, and internal assessments in alignment with PCI and University guidelines.
- Student Mentorship: Guide students in their academic progress, career choices, and research projects.
- Administrative Duties:



Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA), and college events.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of Spectroscopy (IR, NMR, UV) and Chromatographic techniques.

- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) for creating educational content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- A "learning mindset" to stay updated with the latest trends in drug discovery.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,001.12 - ₹38,520.72 per month
