Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of instruments and control systems.
- Install, inspect, test, calibrate, and maintain field instruments.
- Handle instruments such as:
- Pressure Transmitters
- Temperature Transmitters / RTDs / Thermocouples
- Flow Meters / Flow Transmitters
- Level Transmitters
- Control Valves
- Pressure & Temperature Gauges
- pH, Conductivity and other process instruments
- Troubleshoot instrumentation faults and identify the root cause of failures.
- Perform calibration and testing of instruments as per calibration schedules.
- Check and maintain control valves, positioners, solenoid valves and actuators.
- Work on PLC/DCS-based control systems for basic fault identification and troubleshooting.
- Check instrument wiring, junction boxes, cables, terminals, and signal loops.
- Perform loop checking and functional testing of instruments.
- Maintain calibration records, maintenance reports, checklists,



and other documentation.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Production, and Automation teams during maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper compliance with plant safety procedures, PPE requirements, PTW and LOTO procedures.
- Maintain required spare parts and inform the supervisor about critical instrumentation spares.
- Support commissioning, installation, modification, and improvement projects.
- Follow company quality, safety, and environmental policies.

Required Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical & Instrumentation, or related field.
- Relevant industrial experience preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
