ABOUT US

Diwa Realty LLP is a second-generation real estate firm with a team of 9–10 people. We underwrite projects, take sales and marketing rights for entire developments, and trade our own inventory. We are opening our Mohali office and need someone to run the desk behind the sales team.

THE ROLE

This is the position that holds the sales floor together. Every lead that comes in, every site visit that gets fixed, every file that gets made — it runs through this desk. If you are organised and positive on the phone, this role has a lot of responsibility in it from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Call and qualify every incoming lead from our Meta campaigns and property portals, the same day it arrives
- Fix site-visit appointments for the sales team, and confirm each one on the morning of the visit
- Maintain the CRM — every lead's stage, next action date and outcome logged daily, with nothing left untouched
- Run structured follow-up cycles on warm and cold leads
- Maintain booking files: agreements, receipts, payment schedules,



KYC and customer documents
- Track customer payment due dates and follow up on outstanding instalments
- Send the daily MIS to management — leads received, contacted, visits fixed, visits done, bookings
- Handle office walk-ins and incoming calls professionally

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 4+ years in tele-calling and back-office work, in real estate — Mohali or Tricity experience strongly preferred
- Clear, confident Punjabi and Hindi on the phone; readable written English for WhatsApp and email
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and with a CRM
- Genuinely organised — this desk is the memory of the sales floor, and nothing can be allowed to slip
- Graduate preferred, but a strong calling record matters more than the degree
