Key Responsibilities

* Assist the dentist during dental examinations, treatments, and procedures.

* Prepare the dental chair, instruments, materials, and treatment area before procedures.

* Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control procedures for dental instruments and equipment.

* Ensure all dental instruments are cleaned, sterilized, and stored properly.

* Assist with patient preparation and make patients feel comfortable during treatment.

* Pass instruments and materials to the dentist during procedures.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dental operatory.

* Maintain adequate stock of dental supplies and inform the concerned person when supplies are running low.

* Assist with maintaining patient records and treatment-related documentation.





* Follow all clinic policies, safety procedures, and infection-control guidelines.

Maintain professional behaviour and confidentiality at all times.
