About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for design, creativity, and the ability to create engaging visual content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and professional designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Design promotional creatives aligned with the company's branding and marketing requirements.
- Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and corporate requirements.
- Create short-form video content, reels, motion graphics, and promotional videos.
- Handle video trimming, transitions, audio synchronization, subtitles, effects, and basic color correction.
- Develop visually appealing content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business teams to understand content requirements and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colors, layouts, and visual style.
- Stay updated with current design, video editing, social media,



and content trends.
- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Knowledge of Canva and other creative tools is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation.
- Good understanding of typography, color combinations, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into engaging visual content.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Qualification

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant experience and a strong portfolio will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing and video editing.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of graphic designs, social media creatives, reels, and edited videos will be given preference.
- Candidates who can handle both graphic design and video editing independently will be preferred.
