ReLiva Physiotherapy & Rehab is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and ensure a smooth appointment and communication process.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and respond to patient calls and enquiries professionally.
- Understand patient requirements and assist them with appropriate appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with physiotherapists and centres.
- Maintain accurate patient and appointment details in the CRM system.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and enquiries.
- Coordinate with the clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth patient experience.
- Maintain timely and accurate records of all patient interactions.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling patient calls and enquiries.
- Positive computer skills and ability to work on CRM/software platforms.
- Prior experience in patient coordination, healthcare, customer care, telecalling or appointment scheduling will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and handle patients with empathy and professionalism.
