Role Description

This is a remote internship for a Development Intern at Zenup Health in Mumbai. You'll work across our entire product - a React + TypeScript platform for booking, custom CRM, custom video platform, app and care delivery, running on Supabase (Postgres) and a Node.js API that ties together payments, WhatsApp, video sessions, calendars and AI-assisted reporting. You'll own features from the database schema up to the screen, including the custom integrations underneath them. A basic understanding of app development is a plus - a mobile client is on our roadmap.

- Backend: Node.js, Express, REST APIs, WebSockets, scheduled jobs
- Data: Supabase — Postgres, Auth, Row Level Security, RPCs, Storage, Realtime, Edge Functions (Deno)
- Frontend: React 19, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, React Router




- Integrations: Razorpay, Interakt (WhatsApp Business API), MediaSFU video, Microsoft Graph calendar sync, Cloudflare R2, Nodemailer
- AI & media: OpenAI, Groq, ffmpeg, PDF generation
- Tooling: Git/GitHub, Vercel, Hostinger VPS, WordPress (Elementor) for our marketing site

Qualifications

- Strong Node.js - async patterns, Express APIs, webhooks, third-party SDKs, error handling. We will go deep on this.
- Strong Supabase and Postgres - real SQL, schema design, RLS policies, and knowing when an RPC or Edge Function beats an API route.
- App development knowledge (Flutter or React Native).
- Proven ability to build custom integrations against third-party APIs - handling auth, rate limits and failure states yourself.
- Solid React + TypeScript; comfortable building responsive UI from a design.
- Care with production data - you understand why a healthcare platform handles personal and clinical information carefully.
- Effective communication and collaboration.
- Ability to contribute fresh ideas, think critically, and bring radical changes to our technologies and frameworks.
- Graduate in Computer Science or a related field (Bachelor's completed).

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
