We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team in Sangrur.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming student enquiries and understand their course and career requirements.
- Counsel students and explain courses, fees, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and messages.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain student details and follow-ups in CRM/records.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

- 6 months – 2 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Calling, Sales, or Education Services.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and professional approach while dealing with students.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Candidates with relevant Education/EdTech experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
