We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our growing team in Pune and manage our end-to-end material procurement processes.

​Job Purpose:

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods, and services, evaluating vendors, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of construction and facade-related materials without compromising on quality or project timelines.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Sourcing & Procurement: Source raw materials, components, and equipment specific to facade engineering and construction (e.g., aluminum profiles, glass, brackets, fasteners, cladding sheets, and specialized tools).

​Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and subcontractors. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure priority service and competitive pricing.

​Negotiation: Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize company savings.

​PO Generation & Tracking: Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately. Track orders from placement to delivery to ensure zero downtime on construction sites.

​Inventory & Coordination:



Coordinate closely with site engineers, project managers, and the stores department to understand material requirements and maintain optimum inventory levels.

​Quality & Compliance: Ensure all procured materials meet industry quality standards and project specifications. Handle material rejection and return processes if defects occur.

​Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and vendor performance reports for audit and budgeting purposes.

​Required Skills & Qualifications:

​Education: Graduate in any stream (Degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Material Management is a strong plus).

​Experience: Minimum 3 years of hardcore procurement experience. Prior experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Facade industry is highly preferred.

​Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction materials, especially facade components (glass, aluminum fabrication, structural glazing materials), is highly advantageous.

​Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (like Tally or specialized SAP/ERP procurement modules).

​Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication (English, Hindi, and Marathi), and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
