Skills : Primary Skill: L2 & L3 Protocols , GPON: Good to have

Preferred Certifications: CCNA / CCNP / CCIE ( Good to have)

Education Bachelor's degree or above (full time preferred)

Major Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Engineering, Automation, or related fields

Experience - 5–8 years in telecommunications product testing, PON/optical access testing, or related areas

PON Technology Solid understanding of PON fundamentals (e.g., GPON/XGSPON architecture and basic optical access concepts)

Networking Familiar with switch/router operation principles; knowledge of fundamental protocols such as TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP

Forwarding Basic understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 forwarding to support test scenario design

Testing Skills Experience in test execution, defect management, and test reporting

Linux & Containers Working knowledge of Linux-based test environments, including CentOS, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, Docker, and Kubernetes basics for test setup and execution





Automation skill Able to use Shell commands and scripts for log collection, environment checks, test execution, and basic troubleshooting

Able to develop Python scripts for test automation, data processing, and basic test result analysis

Experience developing and maintaining Robot Framework test cases and keywords, including Python-based keyword libraries for automated regression testing

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
