We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SEO Specialist who can also lead and manage SEO campaigns independently. This role is for someone who can take full ownership of client accounts, manage day-to-day SEO execution, troubleshoot issues, and deliver consistent results.

You will be the senior SEO lead on this account, running multiple client campaigns end to end. That covers strategy, technical and on-page execution, local SEO and Google Business Profile, content planning, link building, AI search visibility, monthly reporting,. The ideal candidate understands organic rankings, AI search and Local Pack visibility and knows how to build and execute strategies that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of SEO campaigns for multiple clients and manage them independently
- Handle client communication including responding to emails, addressing concerns, and providing updates
- Prepare monthly SEO reports with clear data, insights, and performance summaries
- Troubleshoot ranking drops or campaign issues and implement solutions quickly
- Manage and execute all day-to-day SEO activities for client campaigns
- Conduct complete SEO audits including technical SEO, on-page, content, backlinks, and competitor analysis
- Plan and execute strategies to improve both organic rankings and Google local pack visibility
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, including troubleshooting verification and ranking issues
- Build comprehensive content strategies, including blog planning, topic clusters, and topical authority development
- Stay updated with AI search trends and AI visibility, and implement strategies to help clients appear in AI-generated answers and tools
- Use AI tools effectively for research, content planning, optimization, and campaign insights
- Plan and manage backlink strategies including research, outreach, and link
- acquisition opportunities




- Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities to outperform them
- Create SOPs, systems, and processes that help the team execute campaigns more efficiently
- Mentor and guide junior SEO team members when required
- Stay updated with the latest SEO updates, algorithm changes, industry research, and emerging strategies

What We Are Not Looking For

- Someone who waits for a brief. If you need the work broken into tasks before you can start, this is the wrong role
- Someone who needs sign-off on every decision. You will be trusted to make calls on your accounts
- A one-skill specialist. If you only do link building, or only content, or only technical, you will not be able to run an account alone
- Anyone whose results come from link volume, PBNs, expired domains, exact-match anchor spam, or anything else that would worry a client if they understood it
- Anyone publishing raw AI output as content. We use AI heavily, but as leverage on real expertise, not as a replacement for it
- Someone who reports rankings and traffic but cannot connect them to leads and revenue
- Someone who avoids the client when a month goes badly, or who needs an account manager to sit between them and the client
- Someone who waits on a developer to change a heading. Most of this work happens in the CMS
- Someone whose AI search experience is using ChatGPT to write blog posts
- Someone planning to run freelance clients on the side. This is a full-time commitment
- Someone who outsources their own work and passes it off as their own

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
