Job Description
Own day-to-day execution, deliver on targets, ensure process and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders. Use data insights to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
• Deliver targets and KPIs while upholding service standards
• Ensure adherence to RBI, KYC/AML and internal guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting
• Collaborate with branches, ops and product teams to resolve issues
