WANTED – SALES EXECUTIVE (Travel & Tourism)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about travel packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication & follow-up.
- Create customized tour packages as per client requirement.
- Coordinate with hotels, cab providers, and vendors for reservations.
- Maintain customer relationship and ensure excellent service.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of bookings, invoices & payment follow-ups.
- Attend customer calls, WhatsApp queries, and emails professionally.

Skills Required:

- Positive communication & negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of popular travel destinations (especially Kerala tourist spots).
- Computer knowledge (MS Office / WhatsApp / Email).




- Ability to handle customers politely and patiently.
- Local language + English preferred. Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage.
- Friendly, motivated, and target-oriented personality.

Qualification:

- Plus Two / Degree / Diploma in Travel & Tourism (Preferred, not mandatory)

Working Hours: 9.30AM TO 6.30AM

- Aluva, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
