About the Role

SKYNT, a growing skincare brand, is looking for a hands-on, organized and proactive Operations & Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, inventory, order preparation and dispatch while supporting internal project deliverables.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting things done, staying organized and taking ownership from website order receipt through successful dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Operations – Inventory, Packing & Dispatch

- Manage the Shopify order workflow: order received → processing/manifest → packing → dispatch → delivery (training provided)
- Pick and pack skincare products according to SKYNT's packaging and quality instructions
- Prepare and print shipping labels, customer invoices and delivery-partner documentation
- Prepare shipments and coordinate courier pickups with Delhivery/other logistics partners
- Track delayed, failed and RTO shipments and coordinate resolution
- Maintain accurate finished-product, packaging-material and promotional inventory
- Record incoming/outgoing inventory and keep stock trackers updated

Administration – Documentation, Tracking & Data Entry

- Maintain accurate order, dispatch, inventory and customer-order trackers
- Download and organize Shopify customer invoices, Razorpay settlement records, Delhivery invoices, refund documentation and receipts
- Enter invoice/transaction information into Excel and provide organized records to the accounting team
- Promptly provide shipping/dispatch information to the marketing team for customer communication




- Maintain organized digital and physical operational records

Project Coordination

- Participate in regular stand-ups and report to the Operations Manager
- Maintain project trackers, deadlines and priorities based on weekly operational goals
- Coordinate follow-ups across the Founder, Operations Manager, marketing team and vendors
- Follow up proactively on pending actions and deadlines
- Help create, document and maintain operational SOPs and processes

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of operations, e-commerce, administration or project coordination experience preferred
- Any prior project coordination/project management experience is an advantage
- Comfortable with hands-on packing, inventory and dispatch
- Shopify/e-commerce experience is an advantage, but training can be provided
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets, printer and general computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized, dependable and able to process orders on time
- Proactive communicator with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working independently in an early-stage startup setting
- D2C, retail or consumer-product experience is a plus, but not required
