Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily production plans as per sales/order requirements.
- Monitor production processes, manpower, machines and raw material availability.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time and cost.
- Maintain production records, batch records and daily production reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Store, Dispatch and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor wastage, production efficiency and material consumption.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, food safety and quality standards.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace safety in the production area.
- Support new product trials and process improvement activities.

Candidate Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience in Food / Beverage / Bakery / Premix / FMCG Manufacturing.
- Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology, Production or relevant field.
- Good knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Robust Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Good team handling and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
