We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to expand our international business presence in the e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring international clients, and driving revenue growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement international business development strategies.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in global markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with overseas clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company in international meetings, conferences,



and virtual business events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in International Business Development, Export Sales, or E-Commerce Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling international clients and B2B sales.
- Knowledge of cross-border e-commerce and international trade practices.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
