Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant & Banquet Manager to manage restaurant and banquet operations for a premium developer. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in F&B; operations, banquet management, team handling, guest relations and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day restaurant and banquet operations efficiently.
- Plan and execute weddings, corporate events, parties and other banquet functions.
- Supervise F&B; service staff and allocate duties as per business requirements.
- Ensure excellent guest service and maintain premium service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping and other departments for smooth event execution.
- Ensure proper setup of dining areas, banquet halls, buffet counters and service stations.
- Monitor food and beverage service during events and restaurant operations.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests professionally.
- Monitor inventory, equipment,



crockery, cutlery and other F&B; supplies.
- Control operational costs, wastage and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Prepare event requirements and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Train, guide and motivate F&B; team members.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and food-service standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Support management in achieving revenue and customer-satisfaction targets.
