- Manage day-to-day clinic/branch operations.
- Lead and motivate front-office staff, therapists, consultants, dieticians, and other team members.
- Drive sales, revenue, memberships, conversions, and client retention.
- Monitor appointments, walk-ins, follow-ups, billing and clinic performance.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, discipline, service quality and SOP compliance.
- Prepare daily/monthly performance reports.
- Recruit, train and evaluate staff.
- Coordinate with head office, marketing and other departments.
- Monitor inventory and general clinic administration.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
