Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytically strong Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, ensure the delivery of data-driven, scalable solutions in collaboration with development team & perform validation for requirement adherence. If you have experience in the HR industry (nice to have/highly preferred) and a solid grasp of JAD sessions and prompt engineering, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and define functional and non-functional requirements
- Be the shadow product owner by gaining expertise in domain and business model. Be an enabler for our clients in growing business
- Translate business requirements into clear, detailed epics and user stories (Description and Acceptance Criteria), and process flows
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments
- Work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts, developers, and QA team throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in reviewing test strategies & test cases, and validating deliverables against requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support change management initiatives
- Support UAT and coordinate feedback sessions with stakeholders
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for performance tracking

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in business,



Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, data, product, or service domains
- Proficiency in business analysis & any of the scrum tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar
- Robust understanding of SDLC (Agile methodologies)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to break down complex problems into actionable insights
- Ability to write SQL queries and views to validate the data
- Experience with data analysis, wireframing, or mockup tools is a plus

Preferred (Nice to Have):

- Domain knowledge in [HR/ Finance / Healthcare / E-commerce / SaaS etc.]
- Experience working with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are a plus

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
