MMCare Medi-Connect Services is looking for compassionate, dedicated, and service-oriented registered GNM or ANM nurses to join our field home healthcare team in Alappuzha. In this role, you will visit patients homes to provide essential clinical care, health screenings, and elder assistance, ensuring patients receive professional medical support in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct scheduled home visits to provide clinical nursing care for elderly, bedridden, or post-surgical patients.
- Administer bedside procedures, including vital signs assessment, medication administration, wound dressings.
- Perform point-of-care vital evaluations and health screenings.
- Maintain strict biomedical waste disposal, infection control, and hygiene protocols during field visits.
- Provide empathetic communication, patient reassurance,



and family guidance on daily hygiene and recovery routines.
- Update patient visit notes and diagnostic logs accurately after each visit.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Diploma in GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife).
- Valid registration with Kerala Nurses.
- Fresher to 3 years of clinical or home care experience.
- Strong service mentality, empathy, patience with geriatric patients, and reliable work ethics.
- Willingness to travel locally within Alappuzha for home visits. Having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be good.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
