About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Bids & Contracts Executive to manage end-to-end tendering, bid documentation and contract coordination for IT/ITES, Software, AI, Digital Transformation and Government/PSU projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and track relevant Government/PSU/Private tenders, RFPs, RFQs and EOIs.
· Analyse eligibility, Scope of Work, technical, commercial and contractual requirements.
· Prepare Techno-Commercial Bids, PQ documents, compliance sheets and proposals.
· Manage submissions on GeM, CPPP and Government e-Procurement portals.
· Coordinate with Technical, Finance, HR, Legal and Business Development teams.
· Handle EMD, PBG, tender clarifications, corrigenda and post-bid documentation.




· Review contracts, NDAs, work orders and identify key contractual risks.
· Maintain bid MIS, tender repository and submission/renewal deadlines.
Required Skills
· MBA Mandatory
· 2–4 years of relevant Bid/Tender/Contract Management experience
· Experience in IT/ITES or Government/PSU tendering preferred
· Hands-on knowledge of GeM, CPPP & e-Procurement portals
· Robust MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and documentation skills
· Excellent communication, coordination and deadline-management skills
