Senior Engineering Manager

Location: Bangalore Only

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end engineering delivery for a large-scale industrial software modernization programme.
- Manage architecture, .NET, React, QA, DevOps, data, and security workstreams.
- Ensure delivery quality, engineering governance, and milestone readiness.
- Manage enterprise product modernization initiatives.
- Lead distributed engineering teams.
- Drive Agile delivery across complex modernization programmes.
- Manage complex legacy transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple technical workstreams and ensure overall engineering delivery.
- Ensure project milestones and engineering governance requirements are met.

Required Skills

- Strong experience managing enterprise product modernization.
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams.
- Robust experience in Agile delivery.




- Experience with complex legacy transformation.
- Strong engineering delivery and governance experience.
- Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder and team-management skills.

Preferred / Additional Skills

- Exposure to industrial platforms.
- Experience in IoT platforms.
- Experience in energy platforms.
- Exposure to OT-connected platforms.
- Experience across .NET, React, QA, DevOps, data, and security workstreams.
