BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDA)

Catalyst Education is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Perinthalmanna team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, passionate about sales, and capable of converting prospective students into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify potential student leads.
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and enquiries.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and personal interactions.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Participate in seminars, promotional activities, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Work closely with the branch team to achieve overall admission targets.

Requirements





- Any Degree preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- 1+ year sales experience preferred; EdTech experience is an advantage.
- Excellent Malayalam and good English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
