- Execute daily and weekly production plans aligned with inventory needs and batch priorities.
- Oversee core manufacturing stages, including dispensing, mixing/granulation, compression (punching tablets), film coating, and blister/bottle packaging.
- Coordinate material movements (active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, and packaging components) with the warehouse.
- Ensure strict compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Accurately maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) in real time.
- Monitor in-process quality controls (such as tablet weight variation, hardness, thickness, friability, and disintegration time).
- Monitor the performance of granulation, compression, and coating machines.
- Coordinate routine cleaning, maintenance, and changeovers between different tablet products to prevent cross-contamination.
- Troubleshoot mechanical or process deviations on the shop floor.




- Report and investigate any Out-of-Specification (OOS) results or process deviations in coordination with Quality Assurance (QA).
- Enforce safety protocols, cleanroom hygiene, and proper gowning procedures.
- Support validation activities, audits, and the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Assign daily shifts and tasks to machine operators and packaging staff.
- Train team members on safety, machine handling, and updated SOP compliance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
