About the Role
We are looking for a Fashion Designer Assistant to assist the designer with customer appointments, enquiries, design work, and production coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the designer during customer appointments.
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls.
- Handle customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist with fashion sketching and design work.
- Prepare specification sheets (spec sheets).
- Communicate designs, measurements, alterations, and requirements to the production team.
- Coordinate and follow up with production on ongoing orders.
- Maintain customer and order details.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic fashion sketching skills.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Presentable, confident, and proactive.
- Previous experience in fashion, boutique, designer wear, or retail is preferred.
Freshers with valuable fashion/design skills may also apply.
