We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Assistant will provide essential personal care and support to patients while working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Help patients with meals and monitor food and fluid intake as directed.
- Assist with transfers, positioning, and ambulation using appropriate safety techniques.
- Measure and record vital signs and other patient information as assigned.
- Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing staff.




- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Provide emotional support and treat all patients with dignity, compassion, and respect.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and comfortable patient environment.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
- Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals with patient care as needed.
- Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

- ANM/GNM/BSC
