Job Description – Sales Manager / Executive Assistant

Position: Sales Manager / Executive Assistant
Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Location: Anywhere in India
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month, depending on experience and role requirements

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 35 years of age
- Married
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Good English communication skills – verbal and written
- Must have a personal laptop with a reliable internet connection
- Strong sales, client-handling, and relationship-management skills
- Mature, responsible, and professional approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, email, WhatsApp, and online meeting platforms

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales activities, leads, and client follow-ups.




- Handle client communication and relationship management.
- Assist senior management with schedules, meetings, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Maintain sales reports, records, and customer information.
- Coordinate appointments and business activities.
- Track leads and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of business and client information.
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.

Ideal Candidate

A mature and experienced professional with good English communication, sales, coordination, and executive-support skills, capable of taking responsibility and working effectively in a remote workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
