We are hiring Graduate/Undergraduate Freshers for the position of Customer Support Executive – Non-Voice for an E-Commerce Process in New Town, Kolkata.

The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers through chat/email-based support, resolving customer queries, and providing a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through non-voice channels such as chat and email.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and other e-commerce services.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and escalation procedures.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

- Good written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the New Town, Kolkata location.
