We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Engineer / Sales Executive with experience in the electrical industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new enquiries, developing customers, understanding their technical requirements, coordinating quotations, following up on offers, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

Candidates with experience in LT Electrical Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, VFD Panels, Distribution Boards and Bus Ducts will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new business enquiries for electrical panels and related products.
- Identify and approach potential customers, industries, contractors, consultants, builders and OEMs.
- Conduct regular customer visits and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Understand customer technical requirements, specifications, SLDs, BOQs and tender requirements.
- Coordinate with the estimation and design team for preparation of quotations and technical offers.




- Follow up submitted quotations and convert enquiries into purchase orders.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with customers in coordination with management.
- Follow up with customers regarding order confirmation, drawings, approvals, payments and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate internally with Design, Estimation, Purchase, Production and Accounts teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Track ongoing enquiries and maintain updated sales follow-up records.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, enquiry status and order conversion reports.
- Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop new customers and expand the company's business in industrial and commercial sectors.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
