Job Summary

ALIMS Business School is looking for a Junior Accountant to support the day-to-day financial and accounting activities of the institution. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good numerical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel/Tally.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

- Handle receipts, invoices, vouchers, and expense records.

- Assist with student fee collection and payment tracking.

- Maintain cash and bank records.

- Assist with bank reconciliation.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable.

- Prepare basic financial reports and statements.

- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts-related records.

- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.





- Coordinate with the administration and management regarding financial matters.

- Support payroll and employee expense-related accounting activities.

- Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.

- Experience: Fresher to 1 year.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

- Knowledge of Tally Prime is preferred.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.

- Positive communication and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
