About the Role

Deshi Coast Private Limited is looking for a motivated Client Relationship & Business Development Executive to drive business growth through field sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking and direct outreach.
- Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and present suitable Deshi Coast offerings.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, meetings, follow-ups and sales activities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or client relationship management preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Candidates with experience in Retail, Textile & Apparel, or related customer-facing industries are preferred.

Compensation

- ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives
- Field travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
