About The Role

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented and communication-skilled Brand Partnership & Marketing Executive to drive revenue for The RST Show by selling paid podcast appearances, brand partnerships, sponsorships and media packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for paid podcast appearances and sponsorships.
- Approach business owners, founders, professionals, influencers and brands.
- Pitch and sell Podcast Seats, Sponsorship Packages and Brand Collaborations.
- Explain the benefits of podcast appearances including branding, PR, visibility and audience reach.
- Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp outreach, LinkedIn outreach and client meetings.
- Identify potential brands for podcast sponsorships and promotional partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable podcast/media packages.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying clients.




- Negotiate commercials and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and brand partners.
- Coordinate with the production team after deal closure for smooth execution.
- Maintain daily records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Good understanding of marketing, branding and social media.
- Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Sales, media, advertising, marketing or business development experience is preferred.
- Freshers with robust communication and sales skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
