- UK Shift/Day Shift
- Location: Kota, Rajasthan
- Shift timings: 12: 30 PM – 09: 30 PM
- Benefit: Base Salary+ lucrative incentives + fixed weekend offs
- Years of experience required – 6 months-2+ years

Responsibilities

- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Format resumes meeting client expectations
- Research new technologies
- Create detailed job descriptions
- Follow up with candidates
- Source potential candidates on platforms, like UK-Europe Monster, Indeed, JobServe and LinkedIn
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyses applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with recent technological trends and products
