- Inspection & Testing: Check raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products for defects or errors.
- Compliance: Ensure all procedures follow industry rules like Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or internal guidelines.
- Documentation: Record test results, write reports, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Problem Solving: Identify product failures or deviations and help fix the root cause.
- Team Coordination: Work with production and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Engineering (depending on the industry).
- Experience: Often 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, lab, or production setting.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic data analysis, good communication, and knowledge

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
