Job Title: Ex. Manager/Manager – Government Ads (Billing and Collection.)
Location: Noida

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage billing and collections for Government Ads business. The role involves working closely with state departments, ministries, DIPRs, and PSUs to ensure timely invoice submission and collections. This is an execution-heavy role requiring frequent travel for physical documentation and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end billing and collections for Government Ads campaigns
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice submission as per government processes
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Ops) for documentation and compliance
- Handle physical submission of bills to state departments, DIPRs, ministries, and PSUs
- Track receivables and drive timely collections and reconciliations
- Maintain proper records of ROs, invoices, approvals, and campaign proofs
- Follow up regularly with government departments for payment release




- Ensure adherence to DAVP/CBC guidelines and empanelment requirements
- Highlight risks/delays proactively and work towards resolution

Key Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in billing, collections, or finance operations (preferably in government/media domain)
- Understanding of government billing processes, DAVP/CBC norms is a plus
- Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground coordination
- Solid attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good stakeholder management and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of invoicing systems and finance processes
