Job Role – Required Purchase Executive for Real Estate company

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of construction materials, equipment, tools, consumables, and services as per project requirements.
- Receive and review Material Requisitions (MRs) from project/site teams.
- Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers and prepare comparative statements for price and quality evaluation.
- Negotiate with vendors regarding price, quality, payment terms, transportation, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) after approval from management.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials at construction sites.
- Follow up on pending orders, delivery schedules, and material shortages.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Store/Warehouse teams, Accounts, and Management.
- Verify material specifications, quantities, and quality requirements before placing orders.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor/supplier database.




- Search for recent suppliers and evaluate existing vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery performance.
- Monitor market prices of construction materials and identify opportunities for cost reduction and better purchasing terms.
- Ensure proper documentation of quotations, comparative statements, purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and vendor records.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding supplier invoices, payments, and outstanding amounts.
- Maintain purchase records and prepare purchase reports and MIS for management.
- Ensure procurement is carried out according to company policies, approved budgets, and project requirements.
- Handle urgent material requirements from construction sites while maintaining cost and quality controls.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
