We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Brewer / Brewery Head to lead our brewing operations from raw-material selection through production, packaging, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have strong technical brewing knowledge, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to maintaining consistent beer quality, production efficiency, and food-safety standards.

The Head Brewer will be responsible for managing the brewery team, developing and maintaining recipes, overseeing daily brewing operations, controlling production costs, and ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all day-to-day brewery and production operations.
- Plan and supervise brewing schedules based on sales and inventory requirements.
- Develop, standardize, and continuously improve beer recipes and brewing processes.
- Oversee the complete brewing process, including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, fermentation, conditioning, filtration, and packaging.
- Monitor raw materials such as malt, hops, yeast, water, and other brewing ingredients.
- Ensure consistency in taste, aroma, appearance, alcohol content, and overall product quality.
- Maintain strict quality-control and hygiene standards throughout the brewery.
- Monitor fermentation, temperature, gravity, pH, carbonation, and other critical brewing parameters.




- Identify and troubleshoot brewing, fermentation, equipment, and quality issues.
- Manage brewery production records, batch sheets, inventory, wastage, and yield reports.
- Work closely with procurement to maintain adequate stock of brewing materials and consumables.
- Control production costs and minimize wastage without compromising quality.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and preventive maintenance of brewing equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and equipment vendors for repairs and servicing.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate brewery staff.
- Ensure compliance with applicable liquor, excise, food-safety, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, checklists, and quality records.
- Collaborate with management, F&B;, and sales teams on new products, seasonal beers, promotions, and production planning.
- Conduct trials and product development for new beer styles and improvements.
- Maintain a protected, organized, and professional brewery environment.
- Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency, beer quality, and operational standards.

Pay: ₹165,000.00 - ₹185,000.00 per month
