Job Summary

Bareilly International University invites applications for the position of Principal – Allied Health Sciences. The candidate will be responsible for providing academic and administrative leadership, ensuring quality education, strengthening academic programs, and supporting the overall growth and development of the College/School of Allied Health Sciences.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide effective academic, administrative, and strategic leadership to the College of Allied Health Sciences.
- Ensure smooth functioning of academic programs and departmental activities.
- Supervise faculty members and support their professional and academic development.
- Ensure compliance with University regulations, academic policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Monitor curriculum implementation, teaching-learning processes, student performance, and academic outcomes.
- Promote research, innovation, publications, and professional development among faculty and students.
- Develop and strengthen collaborations with hospitals, healthcare organizations, industries,



and other academic institutions.
- Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement in academic and administrative processes.
- Support accreditation, ranking, IQAC, and other institutional quality initiatives.
- Manage student-related academic matters and promote a positive learning setting.
- Coordinate with University management and other departments for institutional development.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the University.

Educational Qualification

- Master's Degree in Applied Health Sciences or a relevant Allied Health Sciences discipline.
- Ph.D. is mandatory.

Experience & Skills

- Relevant academic and administrative experience in Allied Health Sciences.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of academic administration, curriculum development, research, and quality assurance.
- Experience in a University, College, Hospital, or Higher Education Institution will be preferred.
