Job Title: Monitoring Center Manager (MC Manager)
Location: Dombivli (East)
Job Type: Full-Time (FT)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Monitoring Center to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
- Supervise and manage the Monitoring Center team and ensure effective performance.
- Monitor CCTV, surveillance systems, alarms, and security monitoring activities.
- Ensure timely identification, reporting, and escalation of security incidents.
- Handle critical incidents and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Manage shift schedules, team allocation, and proper shift handovers.
- Coordinate with site teams, security personnel, vendors, and internal departments.
- Review CCTV footage and monitoring alerts as required for incident investigation.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, monitoring reports, and operational records.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly Monitoring Center reports.
- Monitor the performance and availability of CCTV, VMS, access control, and alarm systems.
- Ensure all monitoring activities are carried out as per company policies and procedures.
- Identify security gaps and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper follow-up on incidents, pending tasks, and escalations.
- Handle client and management communication related to monitoring and security operations.
- Support audits, compliance activities,



and security-related process improvements.
- Ensure effective coordination during emergencies and other critical situations.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Train and guide Monitoring Center staff on monitoring procedures and incident handling.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a Monitoring Center, Command Center, Security Operations Center, or similar role.
- Experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance, and security operations.
- Experience in team handling and shift management.
- Knowledge of IP CCTV, VMS, access control, and alarm systems.
- Valuable incident management, communication, and escalation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts as per US process requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dombivli, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Monitoring Center: 4 years (Preferred)

Language:

- English (Preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (Preferred)
- Day Shift (Preferred)
